Online Submission Guidelines

Online Submission

Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts through the Online Submission Portal of the International Journal of Humanities, Social Sciences and Literary Research(IJHSLR). The journal accepts submissions throughout the year and follows a single-blind peer-review process.
Before submitting, authors should review the Author Guidelines, Manuscript Template, and Publication Ethics policies available on the journal website.

Submission Requirements

Authors must ensure that their submission includes:
1. Complete manuscript prepared according to IJHSLR formatting guidelines
2. Cover letter explaining the importance, novelty, and relevance of the work
3. Full author details (names, affiliations, email addresses, ORCID iDs recommended)
4. Declarations, including:
A. Conflict of interest statement
B. Funding information
C. Ethical approval (if applicable)
D. Data availability statement
5. Figures and tables clearly labeled and embedded or uploaded as separate files Only original, unpublished work not under consideration elsewhere will be accepted.

Manuscript Submission Process

To submit a manuscript:
1. Register or log in to the IJHSLR Online Submission Portal
2. Upload the manuscript and supplementary materials
3. Enter author information and designate the corresponding author
4. Select the article type (Research Article, Review, Short Communication, Case Study)
5. Upload mandatory declarations
6. Confirm originality and compliance
7. Submit the manuscript for editorial assessment
An acknowledgment email with a unique manuscript ID will be sent automatically.

Initial Editorial Screening

All submissions undergo:
• Plagiarism check
• Scope and relevance review
• Technical and formatting check
Manuscripts not meeting journal requirements may be returned for revision before peer review.

Peer Review Process

IJHSLR uses a peer-review system, where:
• Reviewer identities remain anonymous
• Author details are visible to reviewers
The review workflow includes:
1. Assignment to a Handling Editor
2. Reviewer invitation and assessment
3. Review reports and recommendations
4. Editorial decision (Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, Reject)

Tracking Your Submission

Authors may log in anytime to:
• Check manuscript status
• Upload revised files
• View reviewer comments
• Download acceptance letters
The Editorial Office maintains transparent and timely communication throughout the process.

Final Acceptance and Publication

Upon acceptance, the manuscript moves to:
1. Copyediting and typesetting
2. Proof generation and author approval
3. DOI assignment
4. Online Open-Access publication
